Chelsea v Southampton: The Blues earn crucial win
Good afternoon everyone! I hope you're well and having a good start to the month. Apologies for not posting articles. Its been a busy 3 weeks with me moving to my new studio and not having internet till last week Friday but now I'm back and almost completely settled. So after suffering 2 consecutive defeats against Man City in the league and away to Juventus in the UCL, Chelsea earned a much needed 3-1 win against Southampton at Stamford Bridge on saturday afternoon in sunny west London. 2 late goals from Werner and Chilwell either side of a Trevoh Chalobah header and a Ward-Prowse penelty gave the Blues the win that sent them top of the table for the international break. TT made some changes after the defeat in Turin with Chilwell, RLC and Werner getting starts and who honestly if you ask me seized their opportunities and will definitely be knocking on the door for more first team opportunities as the season goes on.
